Smile Settai's made a new low with Tube Fest

Smile Settai was one of the prominent Youtube channel in Tamil Nadu. They used to create great content for a while. Nowadays they are neither creating good and frequent content nor respect their fan base. They just propagating themselves in the middle of nowhere.

Recently they are conducting more number of events instead of producing content for their viewers. And they are adamant about it.

They made a new low with their TUBEFEST event. They asked their fans to like and share their event to get free passes. Despite their fans reaction they couldn't get much shares. Hence they postponed the date. Even after the second deadline they hardly make 200 + shares.

And what happened after that was shocking and depressing. My friends told me that they had been done these things to get free passes.

As per their contest rules, the total eligible candidates with captions are 180+ only. My friends thought they qualified by default for participating. Since the total count was much less than the reward count.

After waiting for so many days and referring friends to share the post to get a chance to win the tickets. All they get was a message "tickets has been distributed to winners". And not a single friend of mine got the ticket.

One of my friend shared with his 3 facebook accounts to get a ticket and he didn't win atleast one.

When confronted the team with this discrepancy and unfairness. Their reply wasn't sensible at all. They keep on saying they are fair but doesn't give a reasonable reply nor the tickets.

After hustling through facebook and whatsapp, my friend gave up realising their unfair or bogus treatment towards their audience.

I am not interested with these self propagating celebrities at all. In fact we are living in a age where celebritism and fan mania are criticized severely. Hence we turned our back on celebrities and give our attention to these youtubers as a fair share.

Now the history s repeating itself. These youtubers think and act like celebrities and followers fall for their trap.

I deeply recommend you all to cut the crap called loyalty. Don't be loyal to anyone except you. When you become a loyal follower. These people will turn their back on you and would wait for a newbie to do the same.

Follow or enjoy the content and not the people who made the content. Remember you are also a hard working man/woman. They work hard to make content. You work hard to make a living.

None is lesser than the other and no work is greater than the other. 

It is you make less of yourself by bringing these people on your shoulder.

Awake and lead your path. Don't follow or celebrate anyone other than you.
